ELIGIBILITY
You should be completed 18 years for female and 21 years for male to use our web services. If found fake, membership will be banned immediately. Legal action will be taken against you. Payment made will not be refunded.
REGISTRATION
You can register yourself as a member of Gowri Matrimony for the purpose of finding a life partner. Parents, relatives and friends can also register with us on behalf of them with brides or grooms permission. You cannot transfer your account to any other person or entity. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR E MAIL. You will be given membership identification number as LOGIN USERNAME. You can create your PASSWORD yourself. Login USERNAME and PASSWORD will be sent to your e mail. You can also LOGIN with your REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER but YOU MUST VERIFY YOUR MOBILE first time. You should keep your password very secret. You should have one account only. Your profile is to be manually approved within 48 hours and any profiles deemed suspicious or fraudulent will be rejected immediately with a permanent ban and paid amount will not be refunded.
You must upload your photographs will be authentic, truthful and recent & decent photographs of yourself. If you include any other persons photographs or vulgar photographs that your details being shared with our legal teams, police or any other government legal bodies for further legal action as per our government law. Claims will be implemented against you.
You must renew your profile after 3 years, if not we have rights to delete your profile without intimation.
ID PROOF REVEALED MEMBER
You may upload your identification proof documents like aadhar card, voter id and pan card in your profile. This will not not be disclosed to anyone. This member can be identified with a green colour "verified” word at top of their photo.
RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBER
You must have one account only. If found more than one account your membership will be banned permanently and payment will not be refunded and legal action will be taken against you.
Our services are for individual member personal use and not for commercial or business purposes. You should use our services for your personnel use only. If anyone found using our services for commercial or business purposes, your membership will be banned immediately. Legal action will be taken against you and payment made will not be refunded.
You have to keep all information provided to you by other members private and confidential and you will obtain the permission of the member who provided it to you prior to sharing it with a third party.
You will not request money, or any other form of financial assistance, from any member that you meet on this site. If any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with our legal teams, police or any other government legal bodies for further legal action as per our government law.

You will not organize and participate in any funds transfer or any asset transfer arrangement organized by any member you meet on this site. You will not post or communicate through any conversations vulgar material, pictures or content in your profile.

You will not post in your profile or communicate through any conversations any form of harassment, sexual, violence, invasion of privacy, suggesting, engaging in or enticing other to commit any illegal or immoral acts. You will not send any member unsolicited mass mailings, junk mail, spam mail in your profile.
You will not send any member chain letters or any business information with the intent to engage or sell to other members including asking members to sign up to other websites or any other medium for products and services
You will not engage in gathering personal information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, financial information or any other kind of information of our members. If any attempt to do so may result in your details being shared with our legal teams, police or any other government legal bodies for further legal action as per our government law.
You will not post commercial activity including advertising the selling of any product or service, including joining or acquiring membership in any other website.
You can send SMS, MESSAGE, MAIL and VIEW CONTACT DETAILS. You may share contact details once compatibility has been established between you and another member. Any attempt at sharing details prior to this will result in a ban from the website and our legal team will take action against this as per government law.
It is not permitted to send message, any conversations, mailing and viewing phone numbers that from one gender to the same gender.
Please note that once you take your conversations through our website with other members, We are no way connected for any situations or problems arising between you and the member. It is your responsibility to investigate when searching for a life partner offline.
You can discontinue from our service at any time and any where. We never refund the amount paid in part or full. Once paid amount will not be refunded.
Our admin team is monitoring and checking all messages for the safety of other members. Your messages should be very decent manners without disturbing the other members.
Abuse to our staff will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form, and will result in a permanent ban without refund & legal action will be taken against the member as per government law.
Making loss to our asset will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form, and will result in a permanent ban without refund & legal action will be taken against the member as per government law.
COMMERCIAL USE
Any agents or brokers will not register with us or use web services. If anyone found using our services for commercial or business purposes, Legal action will be taken against them and IP address will be banned. Claims will be implemented against them.
SAFETY REQUEST
You are requested not to share your personnel information with unknown persons. You may share contact details once compatibility has been established between you and another member.
You are requested to meet the other member with parents, relatives or friends in a public place. We are not responsible and no way connected for problems or incidents arising at that situation and there after.
PLEASE NOTE
Gowri Matrimony is a matrimony service provider. We are not arranging marriages. All members personnel information are given by themselves only. We are doing information sharing service. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Gowri Matrimony, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
COPY RIGHT
All rights are reserved. All the information and copyrighted material are presented here by Gowri Matrimony, our members, and users are owned and controlled by the website. You agree that you will not copy, modify or distribute any of such information without the express written consent of the original owner of the content. If anything found you will be punished as per Indian government law and claims will be raised against you.

Gowri Matrimony keeps all your personnel information provided and shared by you in a way of very confidential. We keep your personal information private and safe. We are providing secured services.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION
If there is any technical problems in our website due to natural calamities like lightening, flood, earthquake or any heavy electrical problems or theft or any other sudden technical problems arising due to virus, malwares, spywares, spams etc…at that time affected time period may be extended for using our web services. This is not applicable for general technical maintenance, technical upgradation etc…
PAYMENT
Once you agreed with our terms & conditions you can select membership package and then payment options. You can use your debit/credit card, net banking and all other money transfer through our payment gateway in a safe & secured way. We never refund once paid amount for any reasons at anywhere or anytime.
LIMITATION
Your may use our webservices at any time and anywhere according to your membership package selected. We have all rights to change the terms & conditions from time to time at the sole discretion of Gowri Matrimony. This may include future limitations on certain features and functions.
